SHIPPING PROCESS:

I am able to ship anywhere in the US, excluding Alaska, California, and Hawaii. All orders will be shipped within 10 business days from when I receive them. Please allow 10 business days of processing time when planning for the arrival of your new plants. Upgraded shipping options are available, please send an email to theplantyoasis@gmail.com about these options. Shipping upgrades expedite the shipping process, however, that does not necessarily mean that orders will process faster. All orders will ship on Monday or Tuesday to help prevent plants being held over the weekend.

Please research the plants you plan to purchase before bringing them into your own oasis; if you’re not sure what the best environment is, I am happy to assist. I will do my best to guarantee that plants arrive in the best condition. I use bubble wrap, packing paper, and/or other packing material to help keep your new planty friends protected and safe on their journey to you, but please be mindful of your local weather before making a purchase. Heat packs and insulation are available to be added to orders to help better protect plants during shipping. Please be aware that all plants are shipped bareroot and wrapped in damp sphagnum moss, a nursery pot can be added to your order for an additional fee.

Regardless of the care taken in packing and shipping your plants, the shipping can be stressful and unfortunately yellowing and leaf drop can occur. If your order is delayed in transit, The Planty Oasis will not be liable for damages incurred. The Planty Oasis reserves the right to hold/delay/cancel shipment of orders based on the weather, both in my area and in yours. I want to make sure your products arrive to you safely and will do everything I can to ensure this. If I feel the need to hold an order due to weather, I will contact you with an estimated timeframe for shipping. I reserve the right to cancel orders if a heat pack (Winter Shipping Assurance) isn’t purchased and I feel it is necessary for the health of the plant.

RETURNS:

March-September; NO RETURNS. ALL SALES FINAL.

October-February: Winter Shipping Assurance is available to be purchased. Returns will only be offered/accepted if WSA is added at the time of purchase.

If eligible, returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and the return must be started within 12 hours of delivery. To start a return, please reach out to theplantyoasis@gmail.com. Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent to:

LOST/MISSING/STOLEN SHIPMENTS

The Planty Oasis will not be liable for lost/stolen/missing packages. Each package is insured for a minimum of $100.00, and additional insurance is available to be purchased by sending an email to theplantyoasis@gmail.com.  If a claim is needed, I will be happy to assist and provide any documents requested.
